Emergency Radio Communications
This information is only for the BTECH GMRS V1 emergency radios in use by the Bay City Emergency Volunteers.
Emergency communications are a critical part of responding to a natural disaster. In the advent of loss of cell service and internet and land phone lies, the radios will be the only method of communication. BCEV volunteers have radios located in different areas of town so Block Captains and BCEV members can communicate.
Many thanks to the South Tillamook County Emergency Volunteer Corps for these documents. Portions of the information apply to their needs, and not Bay City’s.
